Olfaction

Extra virgin olive oil tends to be yellow in color, fluid with light fruitiness and hint of green almond of light intensity.

Taste

From the taste characteristics, the hint of green almond is confirmed while the hint of bitterness is light and the hint of spiciness very light. Light fruity extra virgin oil with slight intensity of bitterness and spiciness, a simple and balanced oil.

Excellent on white and red meats, fish and shellfish, pasta dishes, and raw and grilled vegetables.
